The PFFPNC newsletter for November 24-28 is now posted and includes registration information and an overview of the IAFF Strive for Excellence Summit, a unified training and leadership event scheduled for March 29–April 2, 2026, in Las Vegas. The Summit combines multiple former IAFF conferences into a single, comprehensive program featuring more than one hundred workshops across nineteen topic areas, including union leadership, operations, EMS, health and safety, bargaining, communications, and modern fire research. For PFFPNC affiliates, the event presents a valuable opportunity to strengthen local operations, enhance member readiness and wellness, and collaborate with IAFF members from across the U.S. and Canada.
