The PFFPNC newsletter for November 17–21 is now posted and includes a summary of the recent IAFF Instructor Development Conference, held November 16–18 in Las Vegas, which once again delivered high-impact professional development for fire service instructors across the United States and Canada. This year’s event focused on strengthening instructional skills, enhancing adult learning strategies, and improving approaches to curriculum design, student engagement, and operational readiness. PFFPNC members were active contributors throughout the conference, with representatives participating in key committees and instructional tracks, and returning home with updated knowledge, new perspectives, and strengthened professional networks that will directly support the continued growth and professionalism of North Carolina fire fighters and paramedics.
