The PFFPNC e-newsletter for December 2-6 is now posted and includes information about a a rally taking place in Upper Senate Park, located at the U.S. Capitol complex, on Dec. 11. from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The rally is in support of eliminating the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO) and principal officers and members from some of America’s largest unions are expected to attend. General President Edward Kelly encourages all IAFF members to attend. Additionally, information regarding the Mauro T. Messina Scholarship is included and any interested PFFPNC members are encouraged to apply.
